Project Support & Testing
- Support the rollout of new retail systems, tools, and processes by coordinating user acceptance testing and tracking results.
- Assist with change management and follow-up with store teams on retail system, tool and process implementations
- Provide retail operational support in the event of any store openings, renovations, and new product category launches
- Support in reviewing and ensuring retail Back Of House organization, management and efficiency
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Manage and coordinate internal newsletters (e.g. weekly HK & Macau retail newsletter) and other communication channels on behalf of the Retail Excellent & Operations team.
- Support employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Assist with events, workshops, and ad-hoc communication initiatives.
- Organize and support training sessions and operational workshops.
- Prepare materials and provide coordination for team learning initiatives.
Staff Commissions Administration
- Responsible for consolidating and checking monthly commission reports
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. store, CRM and HR partners) in resolving any disputed cases in relation to staff commissions.
- Where necessary, escalate contentious and/or complex commissions cases in a timely manner to the Senior Manager – Retail Excellence & Operations for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
- Share feedback on commission results relating to market situations and impact.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide support with system troubleshooting, procurement processes, and day-to-day operational tasks.
