The Senior Client Development Manager will lead strategic efforts to elevate client acquisition, retention, and engagement across our West Region stores. This role is responsible for strengthening our teams’ ability to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients, driving long-term loyalty and business growth.

The Senior Client Development Manager serves as a market ambassador, advocating for regional needs with Corporate partners while collaborating cross-functionally with Regional leadership to ensure long-term, sustainable success. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads the client segmentation strategy for the region and individual stores, ensuring all initiatives are aligned to deepen client relationships and strengthen overall client development performance.

The Senior Client Development Manager drives the regional clienteling strategy, partnering closely with the Client Director and cross-functional teams to ensure client development efforts directly influence business growth. They accelerate a strong appointment culture, reinforce daily client engagement, and link clienteling performance to sales outcomes while collaborating with Client Relations to cultivate high-potential clients for elevated experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead Regional Client Development Strategy: Develop and execute clienteling initiatives, ensuring teams engage clients daily and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals. Partner with Regional Leadership: Collaborate with the RVP and cross-functional teams to connect client development results to sales growth and business outcomes. Coach and Develop Store Managers: Guide store leadership in identifying high-potential clients, achieving sales and clienteling targets, and strengthening CD capabilities. Drive Omni-Channel Engagement: Support adoption of omni-channel tools and strategies to expand client reach and enhance client experiences across all channels. Analyze and Innovate: Use client development analytics and field insights to inform strategy, advocate for market needs, and create scalable best practices across the region. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $150,000 - $160,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
