Louis Vuitton MADRID is seeking a highly motivated professional to work as Senior Client Advisor, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our Clients. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand. You will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals, as well as being a role model to the team and the right hand for the Managers in operational duties. In terms of general duties and responsibilities: This position is tailored-made for someone who is seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail environment, has a strategic sales mindset, the willingness to learn and a passion for creating and nurturing meaningful relationships with an international clientele.

It is expected a high level of autonomy in terms of store operations ( opening/closing store, dealing with clients complaints, between others) .
