MISSION As seasonal support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period. In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by animating the in-store welcome and waiting time, effectively determining the client’s needs and offering assistance with directions or information, offering drinks and maintaining displays as well as a strong store appearance and tidiness in general. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments. You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life. PROFILE This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role to enter the luxury industry who has a passion for client service, excellent people skills as well as a strong sense of empathy and agility. The ideal candidate will be an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character as well as a high level of resilience that allows them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at easy with multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools. Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as are fluent English and German. Any additional relevant languages are a strong plus. The ideal candidate must be available two days a week, for about 5 hours per day.
