Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global retail excellence initiatives to enhance client experience and drive sales performance by leveraging digital tools, executing F&B services and engaging in-store events.
- Analyze retail landscape incl. comprehensive competitor analysis, in-depth market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the retail environment.
- Communicate retail KPIs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across all Louis Vuitton Korea stores.
- Collaborate with Retail Management and Retail Learning & Development function to enhance the capabilities of store teams in ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional client experience and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, communication, etc. to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Retail Excellence & Operations Team to align strategic priorities and drive operational excellence in the market.
