Louis Vuitton is seeking a People Solutions Director for the Americas. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of HRIS experience, with significant exposure to HR data management and governance, preferably within HR technology or the luxury sector, in an international environment. This role demands strong analytical skills, combining a global understanding of HR technology challenges with a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to solve complex problems, prioritize needs, and collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and Business teams, both autonomously and in a team setting. Demonstrated capability to implement global strategies while influencing at a global level and leading on market-specific requirements is essential, alongside a strategic view combined with attention to detail and precision. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, with the ability to adapt communication to diverse audiences, and a perfect command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary within the range of USD $190,000 - $220,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
