The Merchandising Director defines and leads LVME retail merchandising strategy across all categories (Leather Goods, Ready-To-Wear, Shoes, Perfumes & Beauty, Watches & Jewelry, Accessories, Travel & Home) to drive commercial performance, brand consistency, and client experience across the retail network. This role oversees assortment strategy, store segmentation, activation planning, merchandising governance and creative visual merchandising to ensure effective execution across markets. Leading merchandising teams and working closely with Retail, Supply Chain, and Client Development functions, the position drives data-informed decisions, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to deliver measurable impact on sell-through, margin, and retail excellence.
