MISSION STATEMENT REPORTING STRUCTURE INTERNAL WORKING RELATIONS EXTERNAL WORKING RELATIONS
● Responsible for Men’s LG & Travel Merchandising
●Develop action plans to achieve target sales and sell-through, and be fully responsible for its implementation
● Become a pivotal role for the entire Men’s LG, working closely with central sales merchandisers, Louis Vuitton stores, and other counterparts
● Manager, Merchandising Men’s LG
● Head of Merchandising and all merchandising teams
● Other departments, such as National Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Customer Event, PR/Communication, Advertising & Digital, Customer Service, After Sale Client Service, Quality, etc
● Men’s LG Category Managers in Louis Vuitton stores in Japan
● Central Men’s LG Marketing and Merchandising teams in Paris
● Suppliers (Travel agents, event coordinators etc.)
職責
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be responsible for Men’s LG, Travel & related furniture
2. Prepare and analyze necessary data for buying, and participate in buying for Men’s showrooms (at least 4 times a year)
3. Develop action plans to achieve target sales and sell-through and be responsible for its implementation
4. Prepare collection presentation and conduct product training (collection showroom) for client advisors
5. Visit Louis Vuitton stores for category managers to identify issues and support them to take actions
6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and sell through reports
7. Check inventories and sell-through data, and follow up with stock rebalancing plan in cooperation with Supply Chain
8. Prepare announcements/information to the stores related to product launch, allocation, and retrieval
9. Respond to inquiries from stores
10. Support in-store events, and openings/renewals of stores with necessary product assortment. Collaborate with the VMD team on-site.
11. Conduct product caravans by target setting, schedule & stock managing, collaborated with retail & SC
12. Understand the market trend and competitors’ actions to provide regular feedback to the central Men’s LG marketing team
13. Understand quality issues and follow up with necessary actions in collaboration with the quality department
14. Check contents for communication tools, PR materials, advertisement, and website
15. Arrange government inspections for specific products (Electricity, tableware etc.) which can be sold in Japan, collaborated with Logistics & Internal control.

Key Requirements
● Merchandising experiences (at least 3 Years)
● Good command of English (TOEIC 800 up), and Japanese
● Good communication, interpersonal skills
● PC skills (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, and Word) necessary
