Reporting to the Industrial Legal and Compliance Director for Italy, the Industrial legal counsel will play a key role in providing all necessary legal assistance to the operational business teams of all industrial Italian affiliates.
職責
Contracts: provide legal advice and support on civil/ commercial law matters including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and negotiating all type of commercial, supply, service contracts Corporate law: provide legal advice and support on corporate law in close cooperation with central corporate law teams D.lgs 231/2001: Effectively monitor the correct application of MOG231, liaise with OdV & internal stakeholders for the execution of audits, corrective action plan, regular updates, trainings and any other related actions which may be needed Legal research and update: conduct legal researches and analysis on all topic linked to the activity of the affiliated companies Documents management: maintain legal files and records Compliance: Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs and assist in communicating compliance related information across the organization.
簡介
Master degree in private law or commercial law. LLM and bar admission would be a plus Successful experience of at least 3/4 years in an international industrial company and/or in an international business law firm. Good interpersonal skills, good responsiveness, initiative, team spirit, attention to details and ability to work precisely and accurately, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously English and Italian languange required, French strongly appreciated
