Program and Budget Support – Assist in implementation, monitor, and/or review
- Prepare data for monthly budget review and bi-annual budget process
- Consolidate HR related budget (e.g. recruitment, learning, engagement) on monthly basis
- Consolidate and coordinate administration of annual compensation cycle
- Consolidate compensation & benefits data and market information for market surveys and benchmarking initiatives
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on implementation for compliance initiatives and assist in internal investigations
- Build partnerships with HR and functional partners and align engagement across the zone
- Execute and follow up on adhoc projects and/or initiatives
Analysis and Reporting – Provide accurate information for data-driven decision making
- Prepare regular reports and generate analysis on key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, commission) and programs (e.g. compliance training)
- Improve data quality through periodic validation of data consistency and accuracy
- Support analytics initiatives through data collection, preparation, and initial analysis
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits database
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reports
Zone Coordination
- Consolidate and/or follow up on presentation material for HR VP
- Manage HR VP travel and meeting arrangements
- Track SG-based zone HR expenses to ensure alignment with budget
- Coordinate onboarding schedule for Zone HOD and Country Heads
