As a Louis Vuitton Human Resources Director, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. This vital role will partner with the local Regional & Retail Management leadership teams in accomplishing strategic & commercial objectives through the optimization of work force & HR planning. While ensuring that business decisions focus on recruiting, retaining, developing top caliber talent for the business, you will further promote our brand as an employer of choice across the marketplace. With an agile approach, you will provide both strategic support and guidance to the business ensuring that our teams are fully aware and trained on their HR legal obligations & responsibilities. This role will also lead initiatives & activities relating to employee reviews, head count, staff costs, as well as other projects deployed by the Brand.

The basic salary for this role is $165k - $185k (depending on experience) plus package.
