Mission Statement As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in driving the people strategy and initiatives within Louis Vuitton Korea. Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that align with the business objectives. Your primary focus will be on fostering positive Employee relations, while also contributing to wider HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Training, and more.

Employee Relations • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on all matters related to Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. • Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace culture. • Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention. HR Policy and Compliance • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant. • Partner with external legal counsel to address any legal issues or compliance concerns. • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to review and update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices. Talent Acquisition • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the market. • Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external candidates and industry networks. • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires through regular check-ins and ensure of integrating them into the team. Compensation and Benefits • Support the Compensation & Benefits team with salary benchmarking, annual salary review process, and incentive plans. • Provide guidance to employees on total rewards packages, including benefits program, leaves of absence, and other perks. Training and Development • Identify training needs and collaborate with Talent Development team and Retail Learning team to make sure relevant training and development programs are delivered for employees at all levels. • Support career development initiatives, including talent review, succession planning, and individual development plans. • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a retail or fashion industry, with a focus on Employee Relations. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization. • Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Passion for the fashion industry and a genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of employees.
