- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary in-market contact and go-to expert to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive art and culture strategy and execution plan specifically for the Louis Vuitton Shinsegae Building in Korea. Collaborate closely with the Art and Culture team at the Paris Headquarters to ensure alignment with Louis Vuitton's global vision, brand standards, and artistic direction.
- Project Management: Oversee the comprehensive development, implementation, and management of high-quality, innovative art and culture programs and exhibitions specifically designed to showcase the Louis Vuitton brand's history, DNA, and unique savoir-faire. This includes but is not limited to: conceptualizing and curating exhibitions, sourcing and securing artwork/exhibited products from Paris, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, overseeing installation and de-installation, developing interpretive materials, and ensuring a seamless and engaging visitor experience. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all programs and exhibitions through data collection, visitor feedback, and performance analysis, and proactively refine strategies, content, and execution to maximize impact and achieve strategic objectives. Build a strong link between SSG space and the community to make this an attractive and desired cultural and art hub in Korea or beyond, with at least 4-6 times of activations per year.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Proactively cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships and networks with a diverse range of key stakeholders, including established and emerging artists, art organizations, cultural institutions, high-net-worth clients, internal teams, and other relevant partners within the Korean art and culture landscape. Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives that align with Louis Vuitton's art and culture objectives, expanding brand reach, enhancing brand reputation, and securing valuable resources (e.g., talent, exhibition space, collaborative opportunities). This involves identifying and assessing potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring that all partnerships are mutually beneficial and contribute to the overall success of Louis Vuitton's brand desirability.
- Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a key spokesperson and advocate for Louis Vuitton's art and culture initiatives within the Korean market, effectively communicating the brand's vision, values, and commitment to both internal and external audiences. Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote art and culture-related initiatives, leveraging various channels (e.g., press releases, social media, events, partnerships) to maximize reach and engagement. Work collaboratively and strategically with the Client Development, Hospitality, and Retail teams to integrate art and culture initiatives into the overall brand experience, enhancing brand desirability, fostering customer loyalty, and driving business objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the art and culture budget effectively.
