Be an Exceptional Client Advisor
- Achieve individual and contribute team objectives, being accountable for the sales results of Fragrances in your store as well as the commercial results of all categories.
- Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example to the rest of the team for the best fragrance consultation and Client Experience.
- Discover every Client, closely following existing Clients, proactively recruiting new ones, leveraging the different tools to engage and build long term relationships; managing a wide portfolio of VIC and potential Clients.
- Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on fragrance category to Clients (whether style related or technical), assess the Client's style and match with product recommendations.
- Be a strong advisor for your Clients assessing their style and tastes matched to product recommendations.
- Support team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.
- Perform as a team-player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Develop strong Brand and product knowledge with stories to share with Clients across all categories.
Promote the Fragrance Category
- Be role model of the Client Experience regarding fragrances, conveying the story behind all the product mix and storytelling of fragrance and mastering the fragrance ritual
- Provide consultations and be able to deal with the most demanding situations and with fragrance connoisseurs
- Master a deep knowledge in fragrance: history, competition, trends, vocabulary, gesture, raw materials, composition, extraction method, ingredients of the Perfumer, structure of a perfume…
- Demonstrate leadership in terms of Clienteling: know and develop Clients for fragrance category with a focus on local Clients.
- Be a partner to the Team Manager in charge of fragrance category; provide them with feedback (product performance, quality, Client related information, local market, competitors, trends, missing opportunities...)
- Be a partner to the Retail Learning team to develop selling skills and fragrance knowledge in the store.
- Be a point of reference on fragrance category in store, sharing passion for the product and inspiring others.
- Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition.
Animate Fragrance operations
- Responsible for visual merchandising and day-to-day appearance of the fragrance counter, following the guidelines from Visual Merchandisers
- Handle after-sales service related to fragrances
- Master the techniques for refilling of fragrance bottles for Client with the specific Louis Vuitton system
- Support fragrance inventory both on the sales floor and back of house
- Provide qualitative feedback on fragrances based on interactions with Clients
- Ensure sample fragrances are properly adjusted in RMS
