Be an Exceptional Client Advisor
- Achieve individual and contribute team objectives, being accountable for the sales results of RTW in your store as well as the commercial results of all categories.
- Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example to the rest of the team for the best RTW consultation and Client Experience.
- Discover every Client, closely following existing Clients, proactively recruiting new ones, leveraging the different tools to engage and build long term relationships; managing a wide portfolio of VIC and potential Clients..
- Be a strong advisor for your Clients assessing their style and tastes matched to product recommendations.
- Perform as a team-player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Develop strong Brand and product knowledge with stories to share with Clients across all categories.
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Promote the RTW Category
- Achieve individual objectives and contribute to team objectives for the RTW category.
- Be role model of the Client Experience regarding RTW, conveying the story behind all the product mix and storytelling of RTW and mastering the RTW ritual.
- Provide consultations and be able to deal with the most demanding situations and with RTW connoisseurs.
- Master a deep knowledge in the category: history, competition, trends, vocabulary, production, processes and technology.
Animate RTW within the team
- Ensure top of mind awareness across the teams, sharing passion and inspiring others.
- Transmit RTW training and information to the team, partnering with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Support team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information and buddy with new joiners for their induction to RTW.
Be in charge of RTW specific operations
- Responsible for the visual merchandising and day-to-day appearance of the RTW areas, following the guidelines from Visual Merchandisers.
- Handle any after-sales service related to RTW.
- Maintain the RTW inventory both on the sales floor and back of house.
- Provide qualitative feedback on fragrances based on interactions with Clients.
