Duties & Responsibilities
DISTRIBUTION
- Define the stock targets of the stores. Ensure that stock targets are increasing / decreasing in line with the potential and the stock situation.
- Secure a smooth replenishment of the stores. Update distribution parameters when needed (auto-replenishment calendar, distribution open or closed, priorities in case of shortage…)
- Anticipate seasonality peaks and build stock accordingly
- Setup the distribution for new stores, organize stock support for opening, renovation, and events.
- Constantly strive to optimize lead time and increase reactivity.
SEASONAL PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT
- Define /manage with Merchandising team the store priorities to optimize the sell through after launch.
- Calculate stock targets and arrange delivery to the stores in accordance with the stock optimization plan.
- Analyze and project the end-of-season Sell Through and implement optimization actions, rebalance the inventory to maximize the sales.
- Retrieve the end-of-season stock according to the target planning.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Optimize the stock level in the network. Ensure that the stock value is increasing less quickly than the sales.
- Ensure timely rebalancing of overstock and out of offer products.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs: overstock, availability rate, long tail to avoid the risk of obsolescence.
CLIENT ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Maintain product status in Order Management System (orderable / non-orderable / under validation)
- Fulfill client orders through stock support, rebalancing, or escalation to Central team, ensure that priorities are correctly applied.
- Communicate closely with the stores and provide visibility on fulfillment
- Monitor deposit rate and conversion rate.
PROJECTS, INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Participate and contribute to global Supply chain projects and represents at best South Asia’s interests.
- Challenge the status quo (processes, tools, organization…) to elevate the overall efficiency of our supply chain and reach the Zone and company’s objectives.
