Ecommerce Order Management
- Support daily eCommerce order operations, including orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor order status and workflows on a daily basis, supporting smooth shipping and fulfillment processes.
Omni-channel Support
- Monitor customer pick-up orders and follow up on uncollected orders through outbound communication.
- Track store-sourced order status and support coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely processing.
Digital Project
- Assist with UAT activities for digital projects, including test execution, issue tracking, and follow-up.
- Assist in gathering and organizing insights from recurring issues or complaints to support future planning and improvement efforts.
