Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Digital Lead, based in Brussels and reporting to the Digital & e-Commerce Manager. In this role, you will drive the performance of the Maison’s digital business across the region by combining hands-on execution with strong ownership of digital initiatives. You will translate regional strategy into impactful digital activations, ensuring continuous optimization of online visibility, business performance and client experience.

Business Development & Trading Drive the delivery of monthly e-commerce targets through rigorous performance tracking and contribution to weekly and monthly business reporting, translating commercial priorities into data-driven, actionable recommendations. Monitor complex and multi-market sales data and analyze end-to-end digital performance across key business and digital KPIs, identifying opportunities and friction points to proactively steer performance across markets. Partner with regional and HQ stakeholders to align digital activations with commercial priorities and business objectives, bringing clear analytical input to support decision-making. Digital Marketing, Content & Client Activation Lead and coordinate digital marketing activations (SEM, SEO, CRM & paid social) across key performance channels in collaboration with agencies and HQ counterparts, leveraging data to guide optimizations, inform decision-making and enhance visibility, engagement and conversion. Orchestrate product launches and website content updates to ensure optimal product visibility and alignment with commercial objectives while maintaining Maison standards. Digital Projects & Platform Evolution Analyze the client journey and identify conversion opportunities and roadblocks, collaborating with technical teams to resolve path-to-purchase friction and continuously enhance the online user experience. Support the regional implementation of new website functionalities and market expansion initiatives, coordinating complex UAT testing phases, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring local priorities are reflected. Omnichannel & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead omnichannel initiatives with Client Services and Retail teams, ensuring a consistent and elevated client experience across all touchpoints. Act as a key coordination point between regional teams, HQ and external partners, ensuring alignment, clarity and seamless execution of digital initiatives.
