1) WEBSITE / CRM
- Translate website content to Arabic.
- Manage product grids and visual merchandising.
- Optimize internal search performance.
- Support the creation of email layouts.
2) BACK OFFICE
- Order Management: Track and follow up on deliveries, returns, and refunds. Coordinate with warehouse and ensure smooth order flow and fulfillment.
- Stock & Sourcing: Monitor stock allocation to the warehouse and ensure back orders and delayed items are followed up.
- Fraud & Finance Support: Assist with manual order screening, fraud alerts, and chargeback investigations. Help with bank transfer tracking, refunds, and basic accounting checks.
- Client & Tech Support: Follow up of client requests, assist in daily operations, and help troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IS/IT teams.
3) Testing & UATs
- Support coordination of test cases and place test orders in pre-prod and prod environments.
- Liaise with EMEA team, join follow-up calls, and report bugs and technical issues.
4) Special Projects & Initiatives
- Update department store and mall platforms with new LV launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate creative layouts for CSC to support seasonal campaigns.
