Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years extensive experience in customer services or luxury retail, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Passionate for the Brand
- Able to thrive in a call center environment with strong passions and commitment

- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service and guest oriented with selling and retail operational skills
- Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives
- Able to commit to work with flexible hours in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer literacy
