Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Fashion Manager to join our esteemed Client Relations team based in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client engagement strategies within our Fashion categories, focusing on the cultivation, retention, and growth of RTW clients. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing client strategies, identifying and targeting top RTW prospects, and collaborating closely with the Client Events team to deliver curated experiences and activations that align with business objectives. This role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships and elevating our brand image within the luxury market.

We are excited to speak to candidates who ideally possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in client relations management, preferably within the luxury industry. This role requires elevated and sophisticated communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, alongside a proven track record of planning and executing successful client-facing experiences. A strong understanding of luxury client service principles, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate self and team composure, with the ability to provide insight to foster trust and support development and be adept at both independent work and collaborative team environments. Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation is also required with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Retail experience and foreign language proficiency are considered a significant plus. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115K-$125K, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
