The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of validated experience in a retail luxury environment, coupled with proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage diverse teams. A strong emphasis will be placed on achieving results, fostering employee engagement, strategic decision-making, and cultivating collaborative partnerships. You should be a highly self-motivated, organized, and analytical professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced presentation and facilitation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $100,000 - $115,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
