LOUIS VUITTON has both Junior and Senior opportunities that enable our employees to grow within our organization. We are now looking for a Project Manager in the Product Development Department (Pôle de Compétences Maroquinerie Homme). Along with the person in charge of the New Products Development, this PM will achieve the objectives stablished in order to guarantee the requirements in terms of style, quality, margin and quantities by coordinating and being the leader of the team throughout all the steps of the process until the fabrication of the leather goods.

Main Duties
Project Administration:
– Definition, analysis and verification of the objectives in each of the key steps of the development process of the project and implementation of required modifications
– Organize resources in order to achieve the desired results
– Project planning, reporting and monitoring of random cases
– Analysis, anticipation and administration of potential risks in terms of quality, costs, deadlines and reliability

Participation with “maquettage” (Design and Marketing Department):
– Balance the style conditions with the potential risks in the industrialization process
– Work towards the main focus of the project
– Analyze and manage product costs and optimize the economic part
– Emphasize the importance of the research and design

Manage the development and the industrialization of New Products:
– Intercommunication and collaboration with different departments (Style, Marketing, Ateliers, Quality and Management Control) on a daily basis
– Guarantee the feasibility of the processes followed during the industrialization of the leather products
– Met conditions in terms of aesthetic, quality, margins, TTM and volume
– Suggest improvement ideas and aim to reduce timings of the development process


• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

• 2 years’ experience working in Projects related to production

• Academic Background – Technical Engineering

• French AND / OR English are mandatory. Spanish would be a plus

• Experience in:
– Influencing and convincing throughout the duration of the Project
– Global vision of Projects that have an important economic impact
– Industrialization costs
– Achievement of ambitious goals
– Intercommunication between different departments

• Organization, rigor and autonomy

• Knowledge of CCPM (Critical Chain Project Gestion) is a plus
