Our Louis Vuitton team at the Kenwood Towne Centre location is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded Operations Specialist with a thorough understanding of high-volume operations and a key focus on developing back of house efficiencies that support the store's success.
Operations is a critical component of our business, fueling the success of our front of house team. The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness, as well as executing the operations strategy for the store. The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safety and schedule management.
We are currently seeking both full time and part time availability.
This is an ideal position for someone seeking to grow their career in a luxury retail back-of-house environment and who has an interest in contributing their skill and knowledge of operations, stock, repairs and after sales. To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, love problem-solving, detail oriented and able to approach all issues proactively.
