The E-Retail Projects Manager is a key member of the EMEA E-Commerce team. 

It is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purposes are to seize development opportunities across EMEA, ensuring on-time roll-out of new services and functionalities as well as efficient operational management of the EMEA Ecommerce sites and Omni-Channel processes. The E-Retail Projects Manager drives a continuous program of optimisation of the EMEA websites as well as Client Satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

New features and services development

  • Report, centralise and set priorities to any potential issues of the eCommerce platforms and processes. Suggest and prioritise opportunities for improvements.
  • Seize business opportunities, translate them into business cases to support the priorization and planification of the developments with the IS&T teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration of the business owners (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, IS&T…)
  • Manage change and support the operation and client facing teams; creating clear guidelines and procedures.
  • Animate technical workshops, coordinate user acceptance tests
  • Ensure the roll-out as well as following up on defects and corrective actions
  • Assess performance post launch, propose new features by identifying new opportunities, build and share eCommerce operations reports
  • Communicate project vision and progress in a compelling way

Operations

 

Ensure efficient and effective running of the EMEA ecommerce websites and omni-channel, including tools, processes, and procedures

  • Support to EMEA Operations teams, Client Service teams, warehouse operations, supply chain and logistics, legal, webmasters, e-merchandisers, retail operations and ecommerce IT, working together to deliver excellent Client experience.
  • Support local teams during top commercial events with the different stakeholders to maximize the platform performance and sales, support new product launches by providing expertise in order fulfilment, delivery and return services.
  • Follow-up on Client experience and Client satisfaction.

Perfil

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have minimum 5-year experience in project management of E-Comm projects operations in brand's own E-Retail store
  • You did a full cicle of the E-Comm launch (OPERATIONAL side) - this will be an advantage
  • You are experienced managing project rollouts and operations improvements
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are client-centric
  • You are digital savvy with a good understanding of omnichannel activities and clients’ expectations in a luxury environment.
  • You are experienced in agile methodologies and project management.
  • You enjoy working in large organizations with many stakeholders and areas of expertise
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork
  • You are pro-active, eager to find solutions and able work autonomously
  • High proficiency both in English and French.
  • You are used to work with Project Management tools like JIRA, building reports with PowerBI is a plus.
