The Talent Specialist will be based in Mediterranean HQ in Madrid, and collaborate with the HR team in the daily recruitment plan & talent management of a 6 country retail network for the Mediterranean zone : Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey.
We are looking for someone wanting to develop their professional career into Human Resources, in a retail luxury fast-pace environment and overseeing very diverse teams and countries.
Main Responsibilities
- Job posting of openings on the Louis Vuitton ( internal and external) and LVMH websites, as well as external social media.
- Support recruitment though advertising ( online posting, schools, between others) , CV screening, pre-shortlist / interview candidates for internship/ retail opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews: Zoom/teams, face-to-face, group interviews.
- Keep the internal database up-to-date.
- Head Hunting.
- Follow-up and feedback to candidates throughout the process to make sure we maintain the candidate experience, job proposals, contracts & enrollment/ termination.
- Interact with HO departments & Store Management to develop Job descriptions.
- Supports the organization for pick season in terms of recruitment & missions for internal employees.
- Actively supports the assessment centers organizations for the 6 markets in terms of massive recruitment.
