PRIMARY OBJECTIVE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Communications to join our esteemed organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications and Client Relationships North Asia, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance the brand image, drive engagement, and amplify the message of Louis Vuitton North Asia across various channels. You will be culturally plugged in, a strategic thinker and a communicator championing ideas and activations that sets new industry standards. This includes being a thinker and doer and partnering with local teams to reach their objectives. KEY STAKEHOLDERS Internal: External: JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Directors of Communications and senior leadership team to develop and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience in North Asia. Identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury fashion industry to inform strategic decision-making. To look at new and emerging talent that will resonate with the brand and to support and build teams while nurturing and supporting them. Brand Reputation Management: Safeguard and enhance the reputation of Louis Vuitton in North Asia by building strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders. Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate potential risks and maintain brand integrity. Media Relations: Proactively work with local teams and engage with media to secure high-quality coverage and generate positive visibility for Louis Vuitton North Asia. Manage media inquiries, press releases, media events, and press trips, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content reflects the brand's tone, values, and positioning. Digital Communication: Drive the digital communications strategy by overseeing the brand's presence on social media platforms, managing content calendars, and partnering with the digital marketing team for integrated campaigns. Monitor online sentiment and leverage relevant digital trends to maximize brand reach and engagement. Budget Management: Develop and manage the communications budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
