PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the day-to-day productions and quality management of global projects (Windows and Props).
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production and quality management:
- Review the production organization with the factory and supplier
- Follow-up and control production
- Organise regular quality control and follow-up with action plan
Compliance:
- Organization and debrief of the social & environmental audits performed on New factories, follow-up regularly on corrective action plans, update of database
- Monitor the compliance standards at existing and new factories
Sourcing:
- Identify potential new suppliers are in line with guidelines in terms of : Quality, Financial, Legal and Ethic requirements in Asia when requested by Central or if local team need it.
- RFI sent and collected in anticipation of RFQs.
- Feeding with results of researches in terms of new materials (eco-friendly material), opportunities raised by technical breakthrough, etc
Analysis and reporting:
- Manage key performance indicators per project and per supplier in term of quality insurance and compliance, with quarterly report to present the progress
- Participate to annual reviews with suppliers and establishment of the suppliers strategy
Occasion Project management on specific projects within Procurement department
