Based in Milan’s Head Office, reporting to Safety & Security Manager (Regional Security Manager – TBC)
MISSION
The Safety & Security Specialist, supporting ongoing needs for the network (Retail & Head Office), coordinates security programs that support the strategy, policies and standards established for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, and customers to the LV’s facilities (Store, Head Office, ecc.) and the security of property and assets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate suppliers for the maintenance/repair/installation of security systems (anti-intrusion, access control, video surveillance, anti-shoplifting, and smart safes).
- Coordinate the suppliers involved in the installation of security systems of new openings and/or renovations.
- Manage surveillance suppliers for the remote alarm and prompt intervention service on the stores – Head Office.
- Organize and coordinate the security services (armed and not armed guards) of the network, in line with security policies.
- Monitor the security budget on monthly base and relative instruments to manage it.
- Coordinate security deployment of events organized in stores or in external locations.
- Organize and schedule the transport of valuables, based on risk assessment.
- Coordinate the security of the new sites and perform the handover of security systems.
- Organize and supervise maintenance of safety equipment.
- Attend the annual safety inspections of the network with HSE Consultant, performing evacuation test
- Compile KPI Security in connection with the stores and with the security providers.
