As a Retail Performance Manager for the Mediterranean region, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will partner with retail, regional and corporate teams on improving business performance. You will be a key point of contact and support store managers in their day-to-day retail and operational activitues, as well as champion store projects. You will maintain a special focus on resources optimization, KPIs achievements, and improving the Client Experience in store.
Driving Store Performance
- Monitor sales performance, retail KPIs,non-selling activities, team structures & FTE and identify solutions in order to drive business performance
- Partner with the Store teams to improve and streamline retail operations
- Issue and analyse reports to support and drive optimal scheduling (Match to Traffic, Workforce Management, etc.)
- Organize projects andexecute business initiatives (e.g. ex. store incentives, LV Onstage, Floor Management)
- Optimize productivity with the purpose of enhancing and improving the client experience
- Coach team members on how to drive an efficient and profitable business (front and back of the house)
- Partner with the Retail Director to identify innovative action plans to minimize operating costs and operational risks
- Lead the Retail Learning Manager to constantly support teams in elevating the Client Experience
- Act as the local expert on retail platforms (Nemo, Voice, Dashboards, Goal & Commission too), monitor store sales and activity and, when necessary, provide trouble shooting support
Operational Support
- Ensure consistent operational procedures across region and proactively identify opportunities to optimize Back of House activities
- Responsible for fostering a day-to-day operational excellence mindset in the region
- Support, as a key stakeholder, all Inventory Control, Internal Control and Asset Protection initiatives
- Collaborate with all other corporate functions in optimizing operational processes across the network (e.g. White Glove Delivery)
Project Management
- Participate in retail specific projects when required
- Monitor and streamline all communicationsent to stores, and bethe lead for the regional ‘Retail Magazine,’ in order to maximise efficiency
- Work withall corporate partners and Retail Support on designing, pilotingand rolling out innovative retail tools
- Partner with Store Planning, Security and Facilities & Maintenanceteams regarding activities and store planning initiatives (renovations and store openings) in your region
Team Management and Development
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
- Manage and motivate the team: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team
