OVERALL MISSION:
The PR & Media Manager will be responsible for guiding and executing the strategic PR and Media development of the Benelux & Nordics Region through a strong product and company knowledge, strong story-telling, communication and organizational skills. Develop relationship with headquarters in Paris, be aware of PR and Media strategies and guidelines developed at a central level to be able to monitor the adaptation and implementation of the strategies at a regional and local scale
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
PRESS RELATIONS STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT:
- In collaboration with the different Press departments, gather and adjust to local needs global press strategies and dispatch guidelines to the local press agencies
- Guide and support press agencies in the design and implementation of action plans and the coordination of local activations (incl. press trips, in-store and out-of-store events, press days, interview and shooting requests)
- Oversee the redaction of press releases and the coordination of shopping requests, press sets and local press racks
- Execute and organize commercial campaigns in collaborations with local talents
- Monitor and analyze press results (incl. press clippings, AVE, SoV, etc.)
- Forecast, budget and report all press activations throughout the year
MEDIA STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT
- Strategize and design annual media plans (incl. Print, TV, OOH, Cinema, Display & Social) based on the House’s global strategy, standards, and local needs
- Manage daily optimization of paid media plans with internal and external inputs
- Boost e-commerce results through tailormade paid social campaigns ft. assets matching the markets’ needs and specificities (e.g., seasonality, language, legislation, etc.)
- Budget all media activations and monitor all expenses in a daily basis to respect yearly budgets
