The Network Architect will be responsible for the following :
- Define Global Network & Security designs and Core models/Standards
- Lead/have the global view of network routing and LVMH shared service
- Lead the roadmap for specific network services (WAN, Global routing…)
- Lead Central Network projects (implementing new services, …)
- Have a strong knowledge of the Louis Vuitton global network infrastructures including LVMH group shared services
Key roles & activities :
- Manage and carry out studies and Proof of Concepts upstream of projects
- Design Network architectures (WAN, Cloud Connectivity, LAN, Wifi, proxy, data centers)
- Guarantee the construction of solutions in compliance with technical, operational, and economic constraints, in response to needs
- Perform knowledge transfer to operation teams
- Follow Technological trends/innovation to propose priority of development of network solutions
- Collect Regions' needs, and share visibility on central roadmap
- Manage network & security solutions lifecycle
- Review Regional Network infrastructure architecture (survey, recommendations)
- Deliver LLD, implementation/configuration guides
- Collaborate with development team to automate Core Model implementation when possible
- Be the last level of escalation regarding network & security perimeters
- Support regions on coordinating major maintenance tasks
