MISSION STATEMENT
- Coordinate and ensure accurate Corporate & PR related events operations.
Ex: product launch events, press presentations, events with creative directors, influencer’s events, celebrity’s events, corporate exhibitions, Espace Louis Vuitton Vernissages.
Support event plannings, location scoutings, clippings & reports,
with the event manager and external companies.

EXTERNAL RELATIONS
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support selecting proper vendors for each events.
- Coordinate press preview of the events (store openings, product launch events, Espace Louis Vuitton exhibitions, etc.) with the manager and colleagues.
- Support organizing vernissage of Espace Louis Vuitton
- Support the events production and operation
- Support to create events’ reports and analyzes with the manager and colleagues.
