Primary Objectives
Based in Hong Kong, the Specialist - Human Resources role will provide full support to Human Resources Team of the corporate office in all aspect of HR processes and programs. It includes but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment & selection, new hire orientation, employee engagement and compensation & benefits administration.
As a key member of the department, he/she will also be involved in various HR initiatives and ad hoc projects in order to achieve the business and team objectives.
Job Responsibilities
New Hire Orientation
- Provide excellent new hire experience with Louis Vuitton promises.
- Prepare the onboarding journey for new hires, conduct briefing or new hire orientation to facilitate new hire's success in the new culture and positions.
HR Administration
- Support full spectrum of HR functions, ensure we are comply with business and legislative requirements
- Perform relevant staff benefits administrations
- Participate in HR policy, benefits and insurance review and implementation.
- Manage HR systems, maintain database and personnel records to ensure data accuracy & integrity.
- Coordinate club memberships, housing leases, home leaves
- Administer the assignment support services for International Assignees such as expatriates and local-plus within Hong Kong, including but not limited to work visa, temporary and permanent accommodation, relocation shipment, assignment related pre-requisites (e.g. schooling, club etc), spouse assistance services (if applicable), intercultural and language services etc.
Employee Relations
- Communicate company information to all levels of staff effectively and efficiently through different channels.
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing various employee engagement events e.g. staff sales, staff parties, well-being campaign and CSR initiatives.
- Offer professional consultation and advice to employees as appropriate.
- Follow-ups on employee complaints, grievances and labour cases.

- Participates in HR projects as assigned
