Through this 1-year experience as HR Advisor for Louis Vuitton Mediterranean, you will support the HRBP to achieve the HR team’s objectives. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all HR functions and in particular recruitment.
Main Responsibilities
TALENT ACQUISITION & INDUCTION
- Proactively source and actively recruit client advisors for the region – this includes the full 360 recruitment process from recruitment brief and sourcing, interview process through to contract generation, administering reference checks as well as offers and payroll onboarding.
- Organize recruitment days (group interviews) when needed
- Build a network of candidates through proactive search, professional networks and education partnerships.
- Promote the brand within the network; conduct exploratory interviews
- Support HRBP in the coordination of other recruitment processes.
HR ADMINISTRATION
- Undertake the administration related to all HR processes, in particular:
- Starters and Leavers
- Ensure that employees’ files are compliant with audit
- Provide data to the Payroll Accountant to prepare payroll
- Employment references
- Keep a record of all relevant information for internal use respecting GDPR regulations.
- Ensure smooth invoicing procedure with our partners, creating Purchase Orders and following payment with Finance
PROJECTS & INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
- Update on a monthly basis the organization charts for Mediterranean, in direct collaboration with the stores
- Prepare announcements and other HR communications to be checked and sent by the HRBP / HRD.
- Provide information for internal Retail Magazine – new starters, key opportunities…
- Ensure the organization and smooth running of any HR led internal (local CSR roadmap, culture of wellbeing…)
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Guide management through progressive discipline procedures (Disciplinaries and Performance Improvement processes).
- Conduct investigations, attend disciplinaries and grievances to take notes.
- Identify and respond to trends within client groups (e.g. reasons for leaving, difficulties within teams).
REPORTING
- Complete daily & monthly HR reports (headcount, recruitment & mobility), provide data for the annual social report & share relevant data, analysis about trends with the key stakeholders.
