Reporting to our Head of Business Development & Marketing, the Head of Distribution will spearhead the growth and development of our commercial network for our two Maisons gérald genta and Daniel Roth. This strategic and operational position requires an individual with a passion for luxury goods, high-end client experience, a proven track record in developing global distribution networks and a deep understanding of watch retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Network Development
- Formulate strategies to expand our presence in key markets through selective partnerships with high-end retailers.
- Identify new market opportunities and negotiate agreements to establish productive relationships with retail partners.
- Collaborate closely internally to align distribution plans with overall brand strategy.
- Retailer Partner Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between our brands and retailer partners, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships.
- Organize regular meetings and training sessions to educate partners on product offerings, brand values, and sales techniques.
- Sales Performance
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out activities.
- Analyze sales data to understand performance trends and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.
- Product Communication & Merchandising
- Guarantee that all boutiques carry coherent brand messaging and up-to-date product information.
- Oversee merchandising standards across all retail points, ensuring displays are consistent with brand image and storytelling elements are effectively communicated.
- Collectors Network Development
- Develop programs tailored towards nurturing relationships with existing collectors while attracting new aficionados to the brands.
- Organize exclusive events or experiences for collectors that elevate brand loyalty.
