As a Greeter, you are required to act as the first point of engagement with clients upon their arrival at the store with a welcoming gesture to create positive brand image and client experience.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Displays a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all clients entering or leaving the store according to brand's standard
- Manage and control crowd ensuring security is maintained at all times
- Ensure all visitors are in compliance with safety requirements
- Strike conversation with clients waiting in line/queue, identify their needs / specific request and passing the information to the attending client advisor to ensure a seamless client experience
- Work proactively with retail team to improve the queue and floor management system based on feedback received/observation.
