Reporting to the Regional Learning Manager, you will bring an entrepreneurial attitude across multiple stores to deliver outstanding Service Excellence & Brand Experience:
Accompany retail managers:
Lead by example: demonstrate best-in-class floor management, client experience, coaching of CAs.
Coach retail managers on effective shop floor management skills.
Drive the feedback & coaching ethos to develop & motivate their teams.
Partner with retail management to drive change:
Lead store based workshops & leverage retail expertise to improve the service excellence through enhanced shop floor management organization & operational competence.
Accelerate the adoption of LV digital tools and foster an omni channel mindset and ensure a seamless client experience in-store & on-line.
Brand Experience:
Identify opportunities to take the team to a higher level as ambassadors of our brand exploring High End and Fashion. Define with management a plan o bring them to the next level.
Lead transversal product & services workshops (DTP), product essentials training & develop the selling & wardrobing skills of client advisors.
Actively monitor key performance indicators to monitor performance improvement.
Work on a project basis, partnering with HO (RPM, Merch, Client & HR), to deploy learning initiatives tailored to the stores specific needs.
Champion the Learning tools (LABS, LiVE events, APPs) to ensure blended learning is an integral part of store priorities, incl. strategic launches & events.
On-boarding: Lead learning rooms to build strong selling & wardrobing skills and empower managers and buddies to deliver an efficient Employee onboarding experience.
