The Digital Project Assistant will support the E-Retail Operations Assistant Manager on the rollout of a major digital replatforming project and coordinate within the project teams, regional and central team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the E-Retail team on defining the business needs
- Understand the project objectives and needs in terms of client services, logistics, payments
- Formalize & communicate the requests to technical teams
Monitor project schedules, prepare meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure all stakeholders have all the information needed for the advancement of the project
- Organize weekly / adhoc meetings with relevant parties
- Follow up on action items
Prepare testing scenarios, coordinate user acceptance tests execution
- Design and review test variables to cover all possible scenarios
- Execute testing steps related to order placement (checkout, payment, etc.)
Report on daily project advancement
- Follow-up other project members’ task advancement via JIRA
- Update project team during daily calls / via daily reports
Provide adhoc support on daily digital operations
- Assist the E-Retail operation teams on order portfolio management, adhoc reporting, building of new reports, etc.
