As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will partner and collaborate with key stakeholders (Site HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development etc) to deliver our compensation core initiatives end to end. Reporting to the Spanish HR Director for the industrial division, you will drive and support the execution and delivery of our compensation philosophy (Merit, Bonus, Benchmarking Pay Ranges), in addition to analyzing and proposing improvements and automation within these areas. Additionally, you will assist and support the wider compensation team on global projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze company’s compensation data for internal and external benchmarking activities utilizing existing and identifying new competitive market information.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and aligns with our company's strategy and business objectives.
- Prepare and advice on compensation packages for new hires, promotions and internal mobilities. Provide support to the HR Team regarding compensation and benefits issues.
- Participate in salary review campaigns, consolidating the information from the Workshop HR Managers.
- Collaborate with Finance department to follow up compensation and benefits budgets.
- Deliver on internal and external compensation and HC reporting demands.
- Continuously propose and develop innovative C&B tools, by conducting ongoing research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices. Own and maintain C&B information.
- Drive market intelligence activities and support capability building agenda within our C&B community.
- Cooperate with salary benchmarking providers and external consultants to secure competitiveness.
- Lead and coordinate special projects related to C&B and Data Management.
