- Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages are maintained.
- Support annual salary review processes, bonus plan design and execution.
- Participate in the operation of incentive systems through performance management systems.
- Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting & analytical tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance department for budget management and cost analysis.
- Support and operate packages for the oversea expatriates.
- Update HR policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and respond to legislative changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries providing necessary training and communication materials as needed.
- Manage C&B related vendors/partners.
- Other ad hoc assignments.
