The Client Development Manager will lead the retail focus of client development activities across the zone. Primary roles will include development, implementation and support of all client development tools, including ICON and Salesforce.
In addition, a strong reporting and analytics background will be employed to deliver clear and actionable guidance on productivity, sales, client development results. A strong understanding of the Salesforce environment and the ability to outline marketing and outreach campaigns to maximize client engagement across all channels.
Lifecycle Engagement – Develop and refine client journeys across the database. Identify segments client for recruitment to new categories/channels (current and prospective) that are not/ under-utilized with appropriate actions. Build personalized client engagement plans based on client journey and brand entry behavior.
Actionable Targeting – Guide and periodically overhaul methods of targeting creating a productive state of change translating into more efficient engagement actions. Build zone clienteling targeting, ensuring that broader sales, cross selling and 10k/selling the brand targets are met. Manage RCD performance on lifestyle/cross selling deliverables ensuring/store over performance.
Insight, Reporting, and Business Development – Act as “internal consultant” nourishing strong relationships with regional partners. Deliver commanding presentation regularly to corporate stakeholders and leaders on state of the client respective to audience function. Develop methods both internal and external to maximize reporting on productivity and retail KPI´S
To be successful in this role you must have 5+ years of experience in data analysis/analytics or consumer insights and retail. Fluency in Salesforce suite (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Campaigns, etc). Presentation skills to all levels within the company. Expert in Excel (creating formulas, pivot tables, vlooksups, MS Query). Experience in using relational database tables and data structure. Detail oriented to manage and /or produce high-quality, high-volume analytical deliverables. Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Enthusiastic team player with entrepreneurial sprint who will work closely with the store teams. Experience in the fashion or luxury industry. Be able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English is a must, some knowledge of French is a plus.
