The Internal Control Assistant Manager sits at Hong Kong office with an overview of North Asia and South Asia. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with regulation and internal procedure, and liaising with various departments on internal control matters and define working procedures.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform review of store operation and office processes in Asia Pacific, and provide report and follow up on action plan
- Update Asia specific policies and procedures in the Store Handbook
- Coordinate and review country submission of internal control questionnaire
- Perform ad hoc internal control projects, fraud investigations
- Perform system access review and Internal Control KPIs
