Louis Vuitton Mediterranean is currently seeking a driven and motivated candidate for the role of Admin Assistant for PR & Media department, based in our Madrid Head Office! The Admin Assistant for PR & Media department will be responsible for providing exceptional and elevated administrative in the areas of PR, Communications and Media and general office administration to the Mediterranean zone. Specific aspects of this role will include the following, but not limited to: - SAP: Register New Vendors, create POs and make Good Receipts (for Publicity and Communications in our 4 countries: Spain, Portugal, Greece and Turkey). - Travel: manage all trips of journalists, influencers and celebrities with Amex as well as organize the logistics of all those trips (hotels, restaurants, experiences, etc.) - Showroom: add and remove all the products we need to incorporate into the showroom. Control LVMH invoices and orders with Cergy. - Publicity: keep the media plan of the 4 countries in iMedia up to date (both support and investment). - Office: keep track and follow up with supply functions, messaging, etc.
Profil
- Ideal 1-3 years PR & Media and/or office administration experience in a retail specialty environment, or luxury environment - Advanced proficiency in Power Point - Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills - Deadline oriented - Detail-oriented - Team player - Eligible to do “contrato de prácticas” for 6 months (extendable up to a year)
