Duties & Responsibilities
Set the overall digital merchandising action plan to drive sales and profit across product categories
- Assist in definition of sales objectives and action plans, build the link with Paris team
- Increase online conversion, revenue, and SPT by using analytics to test and improve on-site merchandising
- Optimize the performance of the stock in the online store based on client behavior
- Manage, review, and adapt the product offer by store and ensure stock quality
- Manage adequate replenishment of permanents items, and order of seasonal items
- Report effectively to the management team on quantitative aspects of the business
Fix the strategies and objectives in terms of new product launch, product development, sales animation
- Assist department heads in formulation and coordination of launching plans and follow-up /CRM strategies for all products
- Follow up the organizing of product related CRM events
- Implement action plans to achieve objectives as defined by the company
- Develop the knowledge of the market, gather and provide marketing information and comments on country on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviors and needs, trends, competition
Ensure a consistent and sales-efficient eVM standard
- Curate homepage & category page presence based on current push, key category focus and priority and client profiling to optimize business performance while also having Louis Vuitton’s premium image in mind
- Work closely with the local Merchandising & Visual Merchandising team and also central e-merch team in order to align e-store with the company’s image parameters and guidelines and priority
To assist the e-Retail Manager in developing and maintaining the company website for both global & local
- Responsible for website content management that features best in class client experience from content to display
- To work on Content Management Systems (CMS) to publish and update content on the local version of the company website
- To communicate with Paris counterparts and different parties to make sure the website contents are up to date and accurate
- To work with website developers/IT team on testing and implementing website enhancements
