Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop insights and knowledge of the markets, gather and provide marketing information and comments to LVM Paris on consumer behaviour, customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Conceptualize, implement & adapt visual display guidelines in accordance with Central’s guidelines and specific to market needs, including:
- Collaborate with Zone Merchandising team to drive and monitor the visual merchandising plans and tools for retail stores in the zone, through development of strategy action plans (slow movers, product push, marketing global plans) for adaptation for local markets.
- Collaborate with Retail team to factor in business needs into the visual display and at the same time ensure there’s elevation of image and desirability reflected in the store Visual Merchandising.
- Evaluate and elevate country VM teams' performance and work quality to ensure the results meet the standards of the brand and in accordance with VM guidelines.
- Lead and set visual displays standards for window projects, key-events, key store opening setups, renovations, and product launches in collaboration with Merchandising & Retail team.
- Monitor and optimize market VM props usage and maintenance at the zone level.
