Our store located in Nordstrom, Seattle is seeking a high-caliber, commercially minded retail team leader. A successful candidate will possess a strong drive for results, an understanding of the luxury market and client development, and the innovation to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit.
Perfil
As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Manager and Team Manager in coaching and developing the team, building Client relationships, proactively supporting the achievement of sales goals, and ensuring that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will be a role model to the team and support your Store and/or Manager in operational duties. You will represent the Brand's mission and demonstrate Louis Vuitton's values toward our Clients and our team members. The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $26-$33 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
