In this role, you will be at the heart of optimizing Client Service performance in collaboration with the Team Manager. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual who embodies leadership and passion for excellence in client service. The ideal candidate would have accumulated 1-2 years of experience in roles where they have had to exercise their leadership abilities, preferably within the retail sector. This experience should be complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills which are vital in connecting with clients and guiding team members effectively. A solution-oriented approach is needed, as this role demands creativity in resolving issues with vitality and finesse. The ability to work autonomously is also crucial since operating in a high-volume and multi-tasking environment means making quick decisions independently with minimal direction. Additionally, this person must be adept at handling ambiguous situations and reacting swiftly to the constantly evolving dynamics of a call center environment. Other Requirements for Role:
