Louis Vuitton Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Toronto! Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will work in partnership with leadership teams to ensure we continuously seek innovative ways to attract diverse external talent while also ensuring that we successfully build the countries talent strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As the Talent Acquisition Manager - Canada, you will drive all talent strategies and initiatives which further foster our commitment to a diverse & inclusive workplace. Additionally, the position will require the maintenance of talent tracking tools with information accuracy and clarity and the support of Development and Career Conversations across Canada. Finally, in conjunction with HRD and Compensation team, approve and prepare proposal requests and negotiate employment offers
