Supply Chain Graduate Trainee Program Overview We are offering an exciting 18-month Supply Chain Graduate Trainee Program that allows high potential young talent to immerse in an accelerated learning environment. The Program combines on the job training, job rotation opportunities with diverse projects for Trainee to build solid foundation as Supply Chain professional. Through individualized development plan and coaching sessions by various leaders, Trainee will ultimately develop further to be the key talent in the Supply Chain community and unleash his/her full potential in Louis Vuitton.
Perfil
Program Rotations The structured rotational Program across Stores and Regional Office will equip the Trainee with multi-faceted operational experience and practical skills to prepare him/her to excel at the new position in Louis Vuitton after successful graduation. In Stores, the Trainee will have hands-on experience on Client Relationship management as well as project management. They will partner closely with Client Development, Retail Operations, and retail teams to get to understand the unique ecosystem within Louis Vuitton. With the Regional Office rotations, the Trainees will be assigned to a diverse range of assignments to gain exposure andpractice project management skill. By working across departments, the Trainee will grasp the essentials of each department and gain a boarder view as a competent Supply Chain professional in Louis Vuitton after graduation. The rotation will be arranged among Supply Chain & Logistics, warehouse, Merchandising and the E-Retail Team etc. Individualized Development Plan The Trainee will be offered with an individual development plan throughout the Program. He/she willhave regular coaching sessionswith various leaders and HR partners to ensure his/her development are supported and on track. Additionally, the Trainee will be joining the Louis Vuitton early career professional community to enjoy the learning resources and exposures.
